Aleyna is ONE!!

I love making new friends.  The moment I met Melissa, I knew we would be friends, and the second I laid eyes on Aleyna, I knew my camera would love her little face.  I was right on both accounts.  I met up with Mielissa, Chris and Aleyna at the Stone Arch Bridge and we had the best time getting some fun family shots for Aleyna's first birthday.  You may remember her 9 month milestone as captured here.  I'm already looking forward to our next session!  What a beautiful family these three make!

Life is good...

I love that I get to spend my free time meeting new people and capturing pure happiness.  A couple weeks ago, I had the honor of spending an afternoon with Melissa and her adorable baby Aleyna.  I honestly fell in love with this little girl, but with how adorable she is... how could I not!?!  Last weekend, I also got to know Melissa even better as we ventured into the wilderness with some girlfriends to camp and canoe.  Melissa... thank you, from the bottom of my heart, for choosing me to capture Aleyna as she grows.  And, an even bigger thanks for welcoming me into your "book club" - I hope I make the cut. ;)  You have an amazing group of women and I had such a great time!!
