9 times the fun... [Minneapolis Multiples Photographer]

Nine?  Yup.  Nine.  A few weeks ago, I had NINE babies in the studio.  This was a very fun mommy-and-me class that decided it would be great to document their little ones at this age... and I was lucky enough to get to be the photographer.  I can't begin to thank my dear friend, Krista, for setting this up.  Thank you for trusting me with such a special project!!  I was truly honored!

To say this family is special would be a gross understatement. I can't tell you how much I've fallen in love with these two little people.  I was so excited when they called to book a session again this year.  I had the best time running and playing with these kids... who are completely full of character.


First - I have to tell you that some of my favorite photos come when a parent might not think their children are cooperating.  For me, it's when their personalities truly shine.  And... these two are certainly not lacking for personality!!

When a baby turns one and their package is complete, I always get a little sad.  This is doubly difficult because these little ladies are twins!  Check out their newborn photos and 6 month photos!  Now they're ONE!  I had the best time watching these beautiful girls grow and I can only cross my fingers and hope I get the chance to see them again as they grow and change!

Whew... it's been a busy fall season.  I have two weddings to blog and at least 8 family sessions, with another 3 in queue.  So... hang with me while I make my way through the chaos of this fall!


First, let me share a fun family.  You may remember them from this session.  I was so excited when they asked me to shoot the entire family this fall.  I have just fallen in love with these little ones... and we had the best time together!!

An update...

Ok friends... if you've been hanging with me at my new blog, thanks!  If you've noticed that I haven't posted... I know.  Here's the deal... the new blog is broken.  I'm in the process of looking for a web designer that can fix it and then maintain it for me, so in the meantime, I'm back here at my trusty blog to update you!!

So... this one is long overdue.  Earlier this summer, I became an auntie again!  I posted a couple photos from Emery's session, but never got around to an entire blog post.  So here it is.  World... meet Emery Rae at 4 days new.
